Hello! I'm Kristin. It's my privileged to share the art of meditation with you! Meditation has touched my life with profound love, and I hope this course is a continuation of that love.

I've been practicing meditation as long as I've been practicing law - about 22 years. I "got serious" about meditation 15 years ago, when experiencing debilitating physical pain and great sadness. I looked to meditation to help me feel better - to ease my suffering when nothing else seemed to be working. 

Meditation not only helped me feel better - it essentially gave me my life back. It changed my relationship to the nature of experience - to life itself, and caused me to fall in love with life in a way I had never experience before.

After years of figuring out what worked, what lasted, and what didn't, I started piecing together all that I learned along the journey. I developed The Art of Meditation course to share what I've learned so more folx can come together in conscious community to explore and deepen their meditation practice.
